Terms And Conditions for Online Courses

These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between “SPAVITA” Ltd., UIC 201636252, represented by Iliana Nikolova Kozovska, hereinafter referred to as “Face Taping”, on the one hand, and the users who wish to purchase and/or use the services of the Website in connection with the offered online courses (hereinafter referred to as “Users”), on the other.

This document contains information about the online courses offered by Face Taping and governs the relationship between Face Taping and each User.

Acceptance of these Terms and Conditions is a mandatory prerequisite for concluding a contract between the User and Face Taping.

By accepting these Terms and Conditions, the User agrees that their personal data may be processed on the legal basis of the contract concluded between the User and Face Taping. Personal data is processed in accordance with the Website’s Privacy Policy.


DEFINITIONS

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below:

  • Websitehttps://facetaping.eu/ and all of its subpages.
  • User – any natural person who wishes to purchase and/or has purchased the right to access the courses offered on the Website.
  • Terms and Conditions – these Terms and Conditions, which constitute a contract between Face Taping and the User for the purchase of the right to access the courses available on the Website and owned by Face Taping. By ordering and purchasing a course, the User declares that they are familiar with and accept these Terms and Conditions.
  • Online Courses – digital content in the form of video materials containing kinesiology taping courses.
  • Personal Data – information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person revealing their physical, psychological, mental, family, economic, cultural or social identity.
  • Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) Procedure – an out-of-court procedure for resolving consumer disputes, carried out by an authorised ADR body in accordance with applicable law.
  • User Account – the User’s personal account on the Website, which allows the User to purchase access to the courses.

I. REGISTRATION

  1. (1) To purchase access to the courses, the User must register on the Website and create a User Account.

    (2) Registration is completed by filling in the online registration form available on the Face Taping Website and by accepting these Terms and Conditions. By clicking the virtual button labelled “Register” or equivalent, the User makes an electronic declaration confirming acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Face Taping may store the User’s IP address and other data necessary to identify the User and reproduce their electronic declaration in the event of a legal dispute. These Terms and Conditions are available on the Website in a format that allows their storage and reproduction.

    (3) Only persons aged 16 years or older may register. During registration, the User confirms this by selecting the relevant checkbox.

    (4) The User is responsible for providing accurate and truthful information. Face Taping shall not be liable for any consequences arising from inaccurate or false information provided by the User.

    (5) The User undertakes to notify Face Taping of any changes to the information provided. Otherwise, Face Taping shall not be liable for issuing documents with incorrect data or for any other consequences. The User shall be responsible for any additional costs or damages incurred as a result.

    (6) Face Taping shall not be liable for non-performance or inaccurate performance caused by incorrect or incomplete user data, including incorrect contact details.

II. PURCHASING COURSES

  1. (1) To purchase an online course, the User must follow the instructions available on the Website.

    (2) To purchase access to an online course, the User must:

    • log into their User Account;
    • select a course;
    • review the course information;
    • click the “Buy” button or equivalent.

    (3) By clicking “Buy”, the User places an order and a contract for the purchase of access to the selected course is deemed concluded. The User undertakes to pay the price indicated on the Website.

    (4) By clicking “Buy”, the User confirms acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, the specific course conditions, and authorises payment of the course price.

    (5) By placing an order, the User consents to Face Taping contacting them by any appropriate means in connection with the order or the contract.

    (6) The User undertakes to familiarise themselves with the course description before purchase. Face Taping shall not be liable if the User purchases a course without reviewing its content.

    (7) An order becomes effective only after payment has been completed.

    (8) In the event of technical issues preventing access, Face Taping shall inform the User and offer either an alternative course or a refund.

III. ACCESS TO COURSES

  1. (1) Within two (2) business days of payment, Face Taping shall notify the User by email and provide a link to access the course.

    (2) Access is granted only after payment confirmation.

    (3) Payment grants the User access to the course for the period specified on the Website.

    (4) The User must have a suitable device, audio capability and a stable internet connection.

IV. PRICES AND PAYMENT

  1. (1) Prices displayed on the Website are in Euro (EUR).

    (2) Prices include VAT where applicable.

    (3) Face Taping reserves the right to change prices at any time without affecting already completed orders.

    (4) Payment grants only a non-transferable right of access. The User does not acquire ownership or distribution rights.

    (5) Payments are made by bank transfer to the account specified on the Website.

V. COMPLAINTS AND RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

  1. (1) The User may submit a complaint if access to a paid course is not provided for reasons attributable to Face Taping.

    (2) Face Taping shall resolve complaints within one month of receipt.

    (3) Complaints must include proof of payment and relevant documentation.

    (4) Complaints must be sent to the email address listed on the Website.

    (5) In accordance with Article 57(13) of the Bulgarian Consumer Protection Act, Users do not have a right of withdrawal for digital content not supplied on a tangible medium once performance has begun with the User’s express consent.

    (6) If access is not provided within 14 days of purchase, the User may withdraw within that period.

    (7) By starting the course, the User expressly agrees to immediate performance and acknowledges that the right of withdrawal is lost.

    (8) Prior to course access, the User may withdraw within 14 days by submitting the form available on the Website.

VI. SEVERABILITY

  1. (1) If any provision is found invalid, the remainder shall remain in force and the invalid provision shall be replaced by mandatory legal rules.

VII. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

  1. (1) Face Taping shall notify Users of amendments within 7 days. Users may terminate the contract within one month if they do not agree.

VIII. APPLICABLE LAW

  1. (1) These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria.

DATA PROTECTION

Users enjoy all rights under Bulgarian law and EU law (GDPR), including access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection and judicial protection.
